CHARACTER INFO:

This is a production anime cel of Lady Une from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.

The image is an original hand-painted animation cel, a piece of production art used to create the anime series.

The character depicted is Lady Une, a major antagonist and loyal aide to Treize Khushrenada in the series.

The scene appears to be from an early episode where Lady Une is addressing the press or military, a common occurrence for her character as a high-ranking officer.

The cel is a unique item for collectors of animation memorabilia and the Gundam franchise.
