HEAVY METAL animation Cel Animated 70’s 80’s Movie CONCEPT ART background RARE R

Here we have an extremely rare, hand-painted production used concept, art animation, cel from the popular anime, heavy metal ( 1980’s). Standard production cells are hard enough to find but to find a character design/concept art model cell is beyond rare. I’ve only run across a couple of these in all the years I’ve been doing this. Great piece of art on its own as you can see will look amazing framed. Comes on a project presentation background .
