THE NEW CASPER CARTOON animation Cel 1960’s FRIENDLY GHOST production Art I14

Here we have an extremely rare, 1963 to 1964 hand-painted screen used animation cell from the animated series “ the new Casper cartoon”. Comes on a series matching printed presentation background featuring Casper the ghost in/out front of his mansion. Doesn’t get much more rare than this. Good luck finding another setup of this quality
