THE TWELVE KINGDOMS Anime Production Art Vintage Animation Cels RARE M12 I10

THE TWELVE KINGDOMS ( PRODUCTION ART) RARE!!!!!!!!!

SET!!!!!

These production gengas/layout drawings are from Episode 1 of The Twelve Kingdoms, specifically during the climax of the episode when the fantasy elements violently break into the real world.

CHARACTER : Keiki (In his Human Form)This sheet depicts Keiki in his standard stoic demeanor, standing nearby to watch over and guide her as the battle unfolds.

The Specific Scene LocationThis cut happens right at the end of Episode 1, inside the dark, half-destroyed classroom/hallway just before Keiki transports Youko across the Void to the Twelve Kingdoms. Because they are standing in the same room talking and fighting side-by-side, the layout artists drew them on separate matching layers (such as a Layer C and Layer D) so that the master animator could coordinate their heights and movements flawlessly in the final shot.
