Vintage COPS animation cel cartoons BACKGROUND PRODUCTION ART anime cel HT1

Here we have a really nice animation cell from the 1980s COPS animated series. Anything from this series is pretty hard to find at the moment. Really cool shot of two of the cop cars. This animation still has been placed on a hand-painted background. The background is a production / screen used piece but from another series.
