INFO:

This animation cel setup is from the 1999 supernatural action OVA series Ten Tokyo Warriors (known in Japan as Tokyo Jyuubee / 東京十兵衛).

The character pictured is Kokono, one of the main re-incarnated warriors fighting against evil spirits in Tokyo. She is immediately recognizable by her deep purple/dark blue hair, matching straight-cut bangs, and distinctive traditional white-and-blue clothing. Are you continuing to sort through a specific lot of late 1990s anime cels, or do you have any more layouts from this series you would like to identify?
