Here we have a hand painted NEON GENESIS EVANGELION publicity or fan art cel. I purchase this not too long ago and not knowing exactly what it was. There are no production numbers. It is hand-painted.. quality is not production Art.

However, this is a handpainted cel of a great scene from one of the best animes ever created. Great display piece!
